Cancellation Policy for KayshineHairPro I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to adjust or cancel your appointment. To provide the best possible service to all clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients in need. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. 3. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be blocked. 4. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged $20 additional to your total. 5. Emergency Situations: I understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, you have 24 hours to contact me. Payment: I accept Cash, Card, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file or requested at the time of rescheduling.
